Lead Scheduler (Mission Critical/Data Center)

Location: Brownsville, Wisconsin corporate office; travel to various project sites required, up to 35% of the time.

What you will do

• Provide advanced scheduling support and daily guidance to the Scheduling team.
• Prepare, monitor, and amend fully loaded project schedules to keep projects within established goals and parameters.
• Support data center and mission critical projects involving medium-voltage duct banks, substation feeds, underground transmission, and campus distribution systems.
• Develop, implement, and improve standard scheduling procedures.
• Train new employees and promote continuous improvement in scheduling practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and other scheduling software.
• Experience with medium-voltage duct banks, substation feeds, underground transmission, or campus distribution systems for data centers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license for the applicable vehicles and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel up to 35% of the time to project sites.

Nice to have

• Certified Scheduling Technician, Earned Value Professional, Project Management Professional, or Planning and Scheduling Professional certification.
• SmartPM, cost control, change management, earned value, and estimating experience.
