Supervisor Field Services

Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States; daily reporting to a regional depot and regular work at field locations and construction sites.

What you will do

• Lead and manage approximately 8–15 full-time and temporary mobile operators, including hiring, coaching, performance monitoring, and disciplinary actions.
• Create weekly workforce schedules and balance workloads while controlling operational expenses.
• Conduct weekly field audits and maintain depot and vehicle inventory.
• Diagnose and repair equipment and enforcement systems to maintain system availability.
• Coordinate with Field Service, Client Service, and Account Managers to improve operations and client relations.
• Ensure deployments meet state program standards and service-level agreements, including timely triage and resolution.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of progressively responsible experience in operations and/or field services.
• At least 2 years of people leadership experience, including work direction, motivation, coaching, feedback, and staff development.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, analytical, communication, multitasking, and supervision skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Successful completion of the Nlets fingerprinting background assessment and a good driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors, travel on short notice, work at heights, drive long distances, and perform physically demanding fieldwork.
