Staff Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A

Location: Mountain View, California, United States

Salary: $154,000–$208,500 per year, plus potential cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Support company-wide three- and one-year planning and forecasting.
• Guide cross-functional teams on planning deliverables and timelines.
• Build bottom-up business-unit plans by modeling key growth drivers.
• Present planning assumptions and forecasts to executive leadership, answering questions and challenging assumptions in real time.
• Create cohesive financial-plan presentations and narratives for board approval.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A roles.
• Strong experience in financial modeling, data-driven analysis, and translating business results into concise executive narratives.
• Excellent written, verbal, influencing, and presentation skills.
• Experience leading strategic, business-performance, or organizational-change initiatives.
• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, execute projects with minimal supervision, and operate in a cross-functional matrixed organization.
• Track record of acting as a trusted business partner and implementing solutions that improve financial results.
