Commercial Loan Services Specialist 3

Location: Columbus, Ohio, United States; office workplace type. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States. Visa and immigration sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Manage an assigned portfolio of high-value participated and syndicated loans in accordance with executed credit agreements.
• Process payments, advances, wire transfers, syndicated loan transactions, and same-day settlements with participant banks.
• Close and book syndicated loans in the ACBS loan system, including collateral review and documentation activities.
• Prepare transaction advice for participant banks and work directly with customers on loan rate options and fund transfers.
• Research loan balance discrepancies, interpret credit agreements, and review loan and rate histories.
• Monitor suspect reports and correct accounting and billing errors while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related commercial loan documentation experience, including review, preparation, or account maintenance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently with strong analytical, organizational, communication, time-management, and follow-through skills.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required; immigration sponsorship is not available.
• Work is associated with an office workplace type in Columbus, Ohio.

Nice to have

• Associate degree.
• Participation or syndication experience and experience with a syndicated loan system.
• Experience reading and interpreting loan documents.
• Financial balancing, reconciliation, large-dollar transaction, or production-environment experience.
• Understanding of complex commercial lending processes.
