What you will do

• Lead the data quality strategy across critical commercial and enterprise data domains on the One Data Platform.
• Define quality standards, controls, acceptance criteria, readiness checks, metrics, scorecards, and improvement plans.
• Lead data profiling, validation, reconciliation, exception management, issue triage, and dashboard monitoring.
• Coordinate root-cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions with engineering teams, source systems, business owners, and external data providers.
• Validate remediation fixes and assess downstream business impact across customer, account, sales, claims, payer, market access, field, targeting, alignment, and incentive compensation data.
• Use responsible AI-assisted methods for anomaly detection, rule generation, matching, classification, root-cause analysis, and issue prioritization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, data analytics, computer science, engineering, business, life sciences, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in data quality or data management within an enterprise data environment.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and commercial pharma business processes.
• Hands-on experience with data quality dimensions, automated controls, SQL or scripting, profiling, reconciliation, and issue remediation.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms, ETL/ELT, data lineage, APIs, pipeline monitoring, cloud data platforms, and data quality or observability tools.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, influencing stakeholders, and coaching team members or delivery partners.

Nice to have

• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, or comparable cloud data platforms.
• Experience in Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine or another global pharmaceutical organization.
• Experience managing service partners, data vendors, or distributed delivery teams.
