Product Lead

Location: Chancery Lane, London; hybrid with 4 office-based days per week

Salary: £120,000–£180,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Own discovery through delivery for the most important product bets, from ambiguity and validation to launch and measurable impact.
• Work directly with engineers, founders, the Head of Product, CPGO, and senior engineers as the accountable product owner.
• Frame problems, define hypotheses, and select efficient discovery methods such as interviews, prototypes, fake doors, experiments, or direct shipping.
• Translate qualitative and quantitative signals into product direction and set success metrics.
• Build structured learning loops and improve discovery and decision-making practices across the team.
• Coach colleagues and raise the standard of product thinking across the organization.

Requirements

• Experience operating as a senior product leader or Staff-level product manager.
• Strong outcome ownership, connecting user behavior with funnels, retention, and revenue.
• Hands-on strength in qualitative research, behavioral insight, and experimentation.
• Ability to partner closely with engineers, clarify trade-offs, and turn insights into practical execution.
• Strong judgment, communication, autonomy, and comfort making decisions with imperfect information.
• Ability to work from the London office four days per week.
