Senior Software Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Build and optimize high-performance microservices for marketing platforms.
• Develop event-driven systems supporting real-time customer communications, personalized promotions, and targeted campaign delivery.
• Define scalable future architecture while improving the operational reliability and simplicity of existing systems.
• Design, implement, test, document, and maintain secure software using modern engineering practices.
• Lead projects, participate in design and prioritization discussions, and resolve complex technical problems.
• Coach and mentor software engineers and participate in the on-call support rotation.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, a related software engineering field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong backend development experience with Java.
• Experience with AWS, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Experience with event streaming technologies such as SNS/SQS or Kafka.
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, messaging queues, concurrency, and high-volume systems.
• Understanding of containers, Kubernetes, modern architectures, testing practices, and Agile development.
