Senior UX Researcher (Sports)

Location: Hybrid role based in Atlanta, Georgia, or New York City, United States.

Salary: $112,000–$154,000 USD annually, depending on experience, location, business needs, and market demand.

What you will do

• Conduct and analyze moderated and unmoderated user research, including diary studies and other complex research methods.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of users, product journeys, needs, and challenges.
• Integrate analytics and experimentation data into research planning and reporting.
• Connect research findings to product priorities and recommend improvements.
• Bring user insights into strategic conversations and align research with business and user needs.
• Coach junior researchers on stakeholder collaboration and research practice.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of User Experience Research experience.
• Strong knowledge of UX research methodologies and best practices.
• Experience working cross-functionally with UX Design, Product, and Engineering.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of AI capabilities and limitations in user research, including AI tools for qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Knowledge of sports or experience in a heavily regulated industry is an advantage.
