Global Operations Specialist

What you will do

• Protect dating app ecosystems, prevent fraudulent activity, enforce Terms of Service, and improve the member experience.
• Investigate and resolve sensitive, complex escalations across Trust & Safety and member support.
• Investigate bug and app functionality reports and coordinate with Engineering on resolutions.
• Collect user feedback on product and feature rollouts.
• Address sensitive content including graphic content and hate speech.
• Coordinate with Trust & Safety, Engineering, Communications, Marketing, Legal, and outsourced partner teams while driving process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of Zendesk.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, judgment, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to summarize complex cases, manage high volumes of email, multitask, adapt to policy changes, and work with sensitive content.
• Strong attention to detail, technical aptitude, flexibility, and a collaborative approach.
