Associate Product Manager, Intern

What you will do

• Lead a specific app feature through the full product development cycle, from concept to launch.
• Conduct user research, analyze market trends and data, and create a product roadmap.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to develop simple and intuitive user experiences.
• Work with engineers to guide feature development.
• Perform quantitative analysis of feature performance and identify optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field, such as computer science, HCI, data science, or business.
• Expected graduation in Fall 2027 or Spring/Summer 2028.
• Ability to use user insights, data, and statistical analysis to inform product decisions.
• Inventive, innovative, fast-learning, and able to communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and an interest in improving education through technology.

Nice to have

• GPA of 3.5 or higher.
• Experience maintaining a hirify.global streak.
