Early Career Intern - Digital Asset (Digital Assets)

Location: New York, New York; must be able to work in the hirify.global New York office. The workplace model requires at least four full days per week in an hirify.global office.

What you will do

• Develop executive presentations, market insights, competitive analyses, and product materials for digital asset initiatives.
• Research tokenization, stablecoins, blockchain infrastructure, digital asset managers, and asset servicing.
• Identify market trends, competitive dynamics, and strategic opportunities.
• Collaborate with technology, investments, distribution, legal, compliance, risk, and operations stakeholders.
• Support projects involving tokenized funds, blockchain-enabled infrastructure, digital asset products, client education, and strategic partnerships.
• Contribute ideas in team meetings to improve product offerings and processes.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program as a junior graduating by summer 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
• Demonstrated interest in digital assets, blockchain technology, and financial markets.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced functions, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work in the New York office.

Nice to have

• Experience with digital assets or blockchain through internships, research, investment clubs, hackathons, coding projects, certifications, or content creation.
• Basic knowledge of mutual fund operations and capital markets.
• Familiarity with R, Python, VBA, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Understanding of AI applications such as chatbots and predictive analytics.
