Senior Implementation and Support Analyst – Screening SME (Financial Crime)

Location: Hybrid, based in the London or Jersey office; 40% office-based

What you will do

• Lead and support the implementation of Screening solutions, from customer onboarding through adoption and transition to business-as-usual support.
• Provide subject matter expertise on sanctions, politically exposed persons, watchlists, and related data management.
• Partner with offshore operational and support teams to ensure knowledge transfer and effective service delivery.
• Manage customer support cases across all severity levels and act as Incident Manager when required.
• Identify and implement process improvements across systems and delivery activities.

Requirements

• Expertise in Screening, financial crime, KYC, or compliance environments.
• Experience independently owning implementations, customer engagements, and complex operational activities.
• Experience working with offshore teams, including knowledge transfer, service management, and collaboration.
• Experience with technology sanctions screening, PEPs, watchlists, and customer due diligence processes.
• Strong partner and project management skills, including managing customer escalations and leading resolutions.
• Ability to work within global delivery models involving onshore and offshore teams.
