What you will do

• Manage complex client onboarding across the Transaction Banking product and service suite, from RFP participation through go-live and early-stage support.
• Prepare client documentation, coordinate KYC/CIP due diligence, support contract negotiation and execution, configure products, and deliver client training.
• Coordinate with Coverage, Legal, Risk, Compliance, QA, and control teams across jurisdictions and industries.
• Identify onboarding process improvements, manage product changes, and reduce client go-live timelines.
• Resolve client and internal delivery challenges while maintaining effective governance, status reporting, milestones, and accountability.
• Support the development and training of junior team members and act as a key contact for leadership on pre-go-live matters.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree.
• 3+ years of professional experience, including at least 1 year in a client-facing role.
• Established expertise in KYC/CIP due diligence and policies across the US, UK, and Europe.
• Strong project management, process improvement, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience building and training team members, with the ability to lead by example.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage complex client relationships.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with policy nuances for transaction banking clients.
