Senior Compliance and AML/CTF Manager

Location: Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland; Workplace: Hybrid

Salary: €100,000–€120,000 annually, dependent on experience and reviewed annually.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain hirify.global Europe's AML/CTF and compliance framework.
• Ensure operations remain within regulatory permissions and maintain an effective control environment.
• Manage regulatory compliance, financial crime, governance, risk management, and AML functions.
• Provide strategic advice on regulatory risk to senior management and the Board.
• Prepare reports, present to senior stakeholders, and engage directly with regulators.
• Manage compliance risk assessments, monitoring programmes, regulatory findings, and remediation.

Requirements

• Experience in compliance and AML/CTF within regulated financial services, payments, fintech, or crypto asset businesses.
• MLRO/DMLRO or financial crime expertise covering KYC, CDD, EDD, STRs, sanctions, and transaction monitoring.
• Experience building, developing, or implementing compliance frameworks.
• Experience conducting compliance risk assessments and monitoring programmes.
• Understanding of the European regulatory environment and strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Approval from the Central Bank of Ireland is required for PCF-12 and PCF-52.
