MedTech SC - Digital Product Manager (MedTech)

Location: Raritan, New Jersey, United States; up to 15% domestic and international travel may be required.

Salary: $117,000–$201,250 per year

What you will do

• Develop and implement the digital product strategy for a supply chain portfolio supporting Integrated Planning.
• Lead digital product management and AI enablement for inventory optimization, capacity management, and production scheduling.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation and roadmap development through deployment and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with supply chain operations, IT, data science, customers, and cross-functional digital specialists.
• Define KPIs and success metrics to measure cost savings, inventory reduction, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
• Drive go-to-market, adoption, change management, data governance, security, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• At least six years of relevant professional experience and a bachelor's or equivalent university degree.
• Experience in digital strategy, product management, digital product development, agile methodologies, and product roadmaps.
• Experience with supply chain processes such as demand or supply planning, inventory management, capacity planning, or scheduling.
• Experience defining strategies and requirements for custom digital applications and SaaS platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, leadership, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Control Towers, APIs, advanced data analytics, intelligent automation, web application development, and Microsoft business tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in Integrated Planning, Network Strategy, or Value Stream Management.
• Experience translating supply chain challenges into scalable products using automation or AI-enabled capabilities.
• Experience with wireframing, mockup design, and information architecture.
• Knowledge of agentic AI, machine learning, data science modeling, digital twins, virtual assistants, or value stream mapping.
