Compliance, FCC-Data, Systems, and Innovation, Vice President (Financial Crime Compliance Data)

What you will do

• Deliver FCC data oversight covering monitoring, issue resolution, control optimization, and proactive risk analytics.
• Capture, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications.
• Source data, define data requirements, map data across platforms, and maintain data integrity.
• Support AML risk analytics to identify control gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities in data and reporting.
• Build and improve tools that automate workflows, strengthen controls, and provide real-time insights into trends, risks, and performance drivers.
• Coordinate projects and collaborate with technology, operations, business, and other divisional partners while conducting FCC control reviews and testing.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of analytical experience in Financial Crimes Compliance, with an emphasis on data governance or analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology with relevant professional experience.
• Experience with data lakes, Tableau, QlikSense or QlikView, Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, or comparable analytics and visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of data models, databases, data generation, and data mapping across platforms.
• Strong SQL, Python, C++, or comparable programming and querying skills, including the ability to transform large datasets.
• Excellent organization, project management, communication, prioritization, independent execution, and team management skills.
