Ventures Associate (Brand & Retail)

Location: Sunnyvale, California, United States; hybrid attendance with 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home

What you will do

• Build trusted relationships with corporate partners and understand their innovation challenges and technology interests.
• Deliver startup sourcing, research, and related projects for corporate customers.
• Host dealflow sessions, engage corporate executives, and guide startup evaluation processes.
• Source, organize, and support commerce- and media-focused accelerator programs.
• Source, evaluate, and execute early-stage investment opportunities with senior Ventures team members.
• Prepare weekly investment proposals and support customer growth and other strategic projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with strong academic performance.
• Passion for the Brand & Retail industry and a commitment to excellent customer service and work quality.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Humility, collaboration, and a performance-oriented mindset.
• Availability to work 4 days at the Sunnyvale office and 1 day from home.
