Transaction Associate/Manager (Debt Financing)

What you will do

• Build and maintain financial models for financing structures, pricing, and covenant terms.
• Prepare internal and investor-facing materials, including information memoranda and diligence packs.
• Support debt financing transactions from structuring and negotiation through closing.
• Participate in investor discussions and term sheet negotiations.
• Drive day-to-day M&A-style due diligence and guide advisors across workstreams.
• Track comparable debt transactions and collaborate with Legal, Treasury, and FP&A on financing structures.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in investment banking, private capital investments, management consulting, scale-up finance, or an equivalent field.
• Strong financial modeling skills and experience with complex capital structures and debt instruments.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with substantial autonomy.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to communicate complex information to senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field.
