What you will do

• Manage the technical performance of the Life and Income Protection insurance business, including profitability, pricing, underwriting support, product launches, and reinsurance.
• Build reserving, monitoring, profitability steering, forecasting, and portfolio margin tools in collaboration with Finance and Risk.
• Develop theoretical and experience-based pricing methodologies for different business segments and support renewal strategies.
• Provide technical analysis, guidelines, automation, and underwriting support throughout the year.
• Contribute to new product and geographic launches and optimize reinsurance plans and partnerships.
• Strengthen team processes, support hiring, and build internal knowledge of Prévoyance insurance.

Requirements

• Experience in insurance, portfolio monitoring, and pricing.
• Scientific background in statistics, actuarial sciences, or a related field, with understanding of death and disability insurance and reinsurance.
• Comfort with technical analysis, strategic decision-making, stakeholder management, and written communication.
• Programming experience with SQL; R or Python is preferred.
• Experience using AI in daily work and on data assets.
• Fluent English required; English is hirify.global’s working language.
