Salary: $219,100–$301,300 USD per year, with potential annual performance bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Define and direct technical strategies for major Retail and Consumer Product Goods accounts in partnership with Account Executives.
• Act as the main technical voice for 1–5 clients and guide evaluation, adoption, and expansion of Databricks solutions.
• Lead data-driven business transformation and align account strategies around Databricks products.
• Build networks of technical champions within customer organizations.
• Maintain and extend production data systems to support complex customer needs.
• Provide structured mentorship to other team members.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience working with very large Retail and CPG-related organizations with more than $1 million ARR.
• 4+ years of pre-sales experience or experience supporting sales activities.
• Strong technical background in big data, data science, and cloud technologies.
• 4+ years of design and implementation experience with Hadoop, NoSQL, MPP, OLTP, OLAP, or full-lifecycle data science solutions.
• Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
• Experience driving data-driven transformation and change within enterprise environments.
