Enterprise Systems & AI Intern (AI)

What you will do

• Document end-to-end workflows across Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, and connected applications, including lead-to-cash, hire-to-retire, and procure-to-pay processes.
• Identify system handoff points where data is transformed, duplicated, or lost, and create usable process maps and decision trees.
• Catalog data flows for Customer, Invoice, and Product objects and build visual data lineage documentation.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, IT, Analytics, and Operations stakeholders to address documentation gaps and support master data governance.
• Identify AI agent use cases, design prompts, test agent behavior in sandbox environments, and document deployment runbooks.
• Evaluate agent performance against business KPIs and explain agent behavior in clear language for business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico for the remote internship.
• Curiosity, ownership, and the ability to follow through on deliverables with support when needed.
• Exposure to ERP or CRM concepts, business processes, or data through coursework, projects, or personal learning.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle, Salesforce, or similar enterprise platforms, including coursework or certifications.
• Familiarity with process mapping tools such as Visio, Miro, or Figma, plus SQL, data visualization, or a BI tool such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Coursework in MIS, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or Computer Science, and experience coordinating work in a team setting.
