Sr. Relationship Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Miami, United States. Full-time employment requires legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Salary: $67,500–$115,000 USD annual base pay.

What you will do

• Manage client relationships and resolve complex or escalated service issues.
• Review and approve onboarding packages, maintain client data quality, and ensure compliance with banking and regulatory standards.
• Process higher-level same-client wire transfers, execute FX and investment transactions, and oversee portfolio, fee, concession, and securities-transfer workflows.
• Monitor transaction, overdraft, credit, loan, dormant-account, FATCA, RFI, and RFD activities; identify and escalate risk indicators.
• Partner with Credit Risk and bankers on credit proposals, loan structures, investment proposals, and client objectives.
• Mentor analysts, provide coordinator coverage, and contribute to Appian workflows, system testing, and process-improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of experience, training, military service, or education.
• 5+ years of experience in customer service, preferably private banking or a related industry.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Strong customer service, communication, organization, problem-solving, prioritization, and follow-through skills.
• English and Spanish bilingual proficiency required.
• Must be legally authorized to work full time in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience with T-24, DocuSign, and Appian.
• Experience servicing high-net-worth LATAM clients.
• Portuguese language skills when servicing clients from Brazil.
• Established work history or equivalent experience, training, military service, or education.
