Relationship Manager III-C&IB (F) (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Set relationship strategies and manage a book of new and existing healthcare clients.
• Acquire, expand, and retain client relationships while growing revenue and share of wallet.
• Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit products and services.
• Assess and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
• Develop client opportunities, present hirify.global's products and services, and strengthen customer engagement.
• Analyze and mitigate credit risk for complex credit requests while mentoring other team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Typically 8+ years of industry-relevant experience in relationship management, corporate banking, finance, or a related field.
• Knowledge of client relationship management, credit analysis, financial analysis, financial modeling, portfolio management, and sales negotiation.
• Ability to manage complex client needs, make decisions, communicate effectively, and manage multiple priorities.
• Relevant securities licenses may be required within 180 days of employment, depending on the business area.
