What you will do

• Build, expand, and retain client relationships by assessing financial needs and recommending appropriate banking products and services.
• Conduct in-person customer interactions, outbound calls, business visits, networking activities, and workplace events to achieve individual and branch goals.
• Open and close accounts, research customer accounts, process transactions, and handle service and maintenance requests.
• Facilitate consumer loan requests and maintain knowledge of applicable lending policies and procedures.
• Identify customer needs and refer clients to small business, corporate, institutional, mortgage, and financial advisory partners.
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, bank policies, BSA, and CIP requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least two years of customer-facing, goal-oriented experience.
• Ability to motivate and present information effectively in one-on-one and small-group settings.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced banking environment and provide branch leadership when the AFCM is absent.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
• NMLS registration is required, or an NMLS license must be obtained after employment.

• Spanish/English bilingual skills preferred.
