What you will do

• Recruit pharmacies and physicians for syndicated, ongoing healthcare data panels.
• Conduct outbound calls, follow up with panel participants, and promote participation according to established standards.
• Prepare and mail hardcopy data collection documents and administer electronic data capture strategies.
• Educate data suppliers on study guidelines and process panel incentives to support timely compensation.
• Receive and resolve routine panel inquiries, escalating non-routine questions to management.
• Support data quality investigations, special projects, interviews, and supplier information maintenance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of experience in medical market research, especially outbound business-to-business research involving physicians or other medical personnel.
• Proficiency with Windows applications, including Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook.
• Strong persuasive oral communication and analytical skills.
