Operations Intern (AI)

Location: São Paulo, hybrid

Compensation: $600/month

hirify.global is a startup building infrastructure for creator-led growth, helping companies run creator programs and creators manage brand partnerships.

What you will do

• Support creators and brands with product questions, deal status, and account issues.
• Test the AI support agent, identify incorrect answers, and create content to improve its performance.
• Turn recurring issues into projects or bug reports for the engineering team.
• Build workflows and automations with tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make.
• Follow up on stalled brand-creator deals and help unblock them.
• Maintain the Help Center and review and approve creators and brands joining the marketplace.

Requirements

• Currently studying computer science or business with strong technical aptitude.
• Good English communication skills.
• Daily use of AI tools and the ability to identify incorrect AI output.
• At least one working automation built with n8n, Zapier, Make, or a similar tool.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to ask for help early when blocked.
• Available for a part-time internship of 30 hours per week from October 2026 through June 2027.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping a project, tool, side business, or bot to users.
• Experience in support, community, or an agency.
