Warehouse Operator (Aerospace Logistics)

Location: West London Area, near London Heathrow Airport. Onsite night-shift role, working 6pm to 6am on a 4-on, 4-off pattern.

What you will do

• Inspect aircraft parts and manage quality control and quarantine processes.
• Store, pick, pack, and ship aviation goods.
• Record inbound and outbound parts movements using computer systems.
• Perform perpetual inventory and cycle-count stock checks.
• Support warehouse operations in a fast-moving 24/7 environment while maintaining service quality and attention to detail.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of operations experience in a fast-moving 24/7/365 environment.
• Experience with warehouse operations, aviation logistics, continuous improvement, quality awareness, and 5S.
• Knowledge of dangerous goods, Known Consignor requirements, export control, and health and safety.
• Experience with VNA, counterbalance, or reach-truck forklifts is required or advantageous.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for operational support.
• Knowledge of aerospace and aviation is useful but not essential; EASA Part 145 inspection experience is preferred.
