Supply Planner, EMEA (Marine)

Location: Alicante, Spain; hybrid workplace. Limited travel is required, with occasional domestic and international travel and flexibility across EMEA and global time zones.

Salary: €34,000–€47,300 annually, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Develop and execute EMEA supply, replenishment, and purchase-order plans using forecasts, sales orders, inventory targets, lead times, and o9 recommendations.
• Manage the full purchase-order lifecycle with third-party suppliers and intercompany hubs, including confirmations, ETAs, changes, and system accuracy.
• Identify delays, shortages, capacity constraints, and supply risks, then drive mitigation, expediting, allocation, and alternative-supply actions.
• Optimize inventory positioning across global hubs to protect product availability, revenue, and inventory targets.
• Coordinate inbound supply with Logistics and resolve shipment, documentation, goods-receipt, damaged-inventory, and warehouse discrepancies.
• Support product lifecycle planning, inventory and financial targets, supplier forecast alignment, and cross-functional supply-chain projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in supply planning, inventory, replenishment, purchasing, or a comparable supply-chain function.
• Strong knowledge of supply planning, inventory management, purchasing, supplier management, and logistics.
• Experience with ERP and supply-planning systems, plus strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder-management, and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and escalations.
• Applicants must already have authorization to work in Spain; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience with o9, Microsoft Dynamics, or comparable ERP and advanced planning platforms.
• Experience in high-value electronics, marine, technology, or similarly complex product environments.
• Experience in global or matrix organizations and coordinating inventory across multiple hubs.
• Experience improving supply-planning processes, parameters, KPIs, or reporting.
