IT Assets Hardware Operations & Warehouse Specialist (Gamedev)

Location: In-office in full-time capacity in Warsaw, Poland

Salary: 8,600–11,800 PLN gross monthly

What you will do

• Keep IT asset inventories accurate and up to date.
• Report asset stock levels, risks, and operational information to IT management.
• Maintain transparent asset-tracking documentation.
• Settle IT-related invoices and support IT operational processes.
• Plan and manage the lifecycle of IT resources.
• Coordinate with external partners and deliver hardware and technology support to studio users.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in business or IT operations, IT asset management, IT support, or logistics.
• Conversational English and very good knowledge of Polish.
• Knowledge of current hardware technologies and their practical nuances.
• Experience with Jira Assets, GLPI, or another hardware management solution.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Accuracy, organisation, coordination, proactive problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
