Senior Mobile Software Engineer (React Native)

Location: Hybrid, with 1 day per week in the Omaha, Nebraska office; candidates must live within driving distance or in an approved state: Florida, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, or Texas.

What you will do

• Build and maintain modern front-end applications and shared experience components for web, mobile, and marketing-driven initiatives.
• Own digital capabilities from design handoff through development, release, monitoring, support, and continuous improvement.
• Design reusable front-end architectures, including micro frontends, shared UI components, and experience modules.
• Use analytics, experimentation, and user testing to improve performance, personalization, and digital adoption.
• Integrate front-end solutions with APIs, data, analytics, marketing engagement platforms, and headless content management systems.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer experience, product, architecture, and backend teams; participate in an on-call rotation approximately every 12–14 weeks for two weeks.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience building production digital experiences across web and mobile.
• Strong experience with JavaScript frameworks, React, and React Native, including responsive, accessible, and performant applications.
• Experience with reusable front-end architectures, shared components, or micro frontend patterns.
• Experience integrating APIs, data and analytics platforms, marketing engagement platforms, and headless CMS solutions.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, experimentation, user testing, security, privacy, accessibility, and regulated environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, modern CI/CD practices, and AI-driven development tools. Employment visa sponsorship is not available.
