Senior React Native Mobile App Developer (React Native)

Location: Remote, United States; aligned to Eastern working hours. The final interview takes place onsite in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

What you will do

• Design, build, test, debug, document, and support customer-facing enterprise mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Develop maintainable JavaScript and TypeScript code, reusable React Native components, and application procedures that meet performance and scalability requirements.
• Integrate APIs and third-party services, and troubleshoot complex issues in distributed systems.
• Develop system test plans, data verification methods, and standard system procedures.
• Respond to system failures and performance events to reduce downtime and prevent recurring issues.
• Provide expert technical guidance to development staff and contribute through code reviews and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience.
• At least 5 years of systems and programming experience.
• Experience with information technology concepts, application development methodologies, terminology, and standards.
• Strong analysis, design, coding, leadership, and communication skills, including experience leading large and complex projects.
• Experience with React Native, React architecture, state management, JavaScript or TypeScript, and cross-platform mobile development.
• Sponsorship is not available; the role is aligned to Eastern working hours.

Nice to have

• Experience publishing applications to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Experience with push notifications, biometrics, device APIs, and native mobile development using Swift, Kotlin, or Java.
• Experience with Postman or Fiddler for API debugging and CI/CD pipelines.
