Manager, Email & Lifecycle Marketing

Location: New York, New York, USA (Corporate Headquarters)

Base pay range: $95,000–$115,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution of email and SMS campaigns, triggered programs, and customer communications.
• Manage briefing workflows, execution standards, service levels, quality assurance, and delivery schedules.
• Develop lifecycle creative briefs and coordinate with creative, marketing, channel, and external partner teams.
• Manage, coach, and develop execution specialists while prioritizing workload and resourcing.
• Lead post-campaign reporting, identify optimization opportunities, and develop testing hypotheses.
• Partner with analytics and strategy teams to improve campaign performance and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience building media campaigns with a multi-million-dollar annual budget.
• Hands-on experience with email service provider platforms; Cordial experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of testing and measurement methodologies, including A/B testing, with a data-driven approach.
• Advanced analytical, project management, communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Leadership experience mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
