IT Recruiter (Europe)

Location: Warsaw, Poland, with occasional work from home; recruitment scope covers IT and technology roles across Europe.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology roles across Europe.
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify and engage technical talent, including passive candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers and advise them using talent-market data and competitive intelligence.
• Create strong candidate experiences and build diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Lead offer discussions and candidate-closing strategies in competitive markets.
• Contribute to initiatives that improve attraction, assessment, and hiring processes.

Requirements

• Experience recruiting experienced professionals, preferably in technology, digital, engineering, or IT environments.
• Strong sourcing and talent-mapping skills, including experience engaging passive candidates.
• Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders with data, insights, and market expertise.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with senior business leaders.
• Experience using modern recruiting technologies, CRMs, and talent intelligence tools.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
