Recruiter (iGaming)

Location: Fully remote; conditions list Warsaw, the Netherlands, Latvia, Tallinn, the EU, Kyiv, and Georgia

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for iGaming and fintech roles.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using recruitment tools and assessment methods.
• Work with clients to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions.
• Use an ATS to track candidates, generate reports, and analyze recruitment metrics.
• Build talent pipelines through active sourcing and networking.
• Improve recruitment processes using modern tools and industry best practices.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of recruitment experience in the iGaming industry.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Fluent Russian and English at B1 level or higher.
• Understanding of iGaming roles, terminology, and market trends.
• Strong self-organization, time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented approach suited to a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Fintech recruitment experience.
• Experience or strong interest in cryptocurrency.
