What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for iGaming and fintech roles, aligning with client and company requirements.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various assessment methods.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and offer strategic recruitment solutions.
• Utilize an ATS system for tracking candidates, generating reports, and analyzing recruitment metrics.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline in target niches through active sourcing and networking.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes by leveraging modern tools and industry best practices.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of recruitment experience within the iGaming industry (fintech experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in various recruitment tools and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Fluency in Russian and English (B1 level or higher) with strong communication skills.
• Highly self-organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interest and understanding of the iGaming and cryptocurrency industries, including key roles, terminology, and market trends.
• Strong time management skills and ability to multitask with quickly shifting priorities.
