Microsoft 365 Architect Senior Manager (Microsoft 365)

Location: New York City, United States. Hybrid work with in-person requirements in local hirify.global offices and client sites; local or out-of-state travel may be required. hirify.global is not registered to hire or employ personnel in West Virginia or Alaska.

Salary: $146,000–$234,000 per year. Annual bonus target: 14%; estimated total cash range: $166,440–$266,760.

What you will do

• Partner with clients to identify and manage risk and develop strategies for complex business problems.
• Architect and deliver Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and modern work solutions.
• Oversee project work plans, solution implementation, testing, documentation, and rollout.
• Build client relationships, present to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and contribute to proposals and business development.
• Mentor teams, support performance development, and create training and improvement opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to integrate products and resources to improve client service capabilities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with strong emphasis on Microsoft 365 security, modern work technologies, architecture, and implementation.
• Experience with Microsoft security and compliance tools, including Purview Information Protection, DLP, Records Retention, and eDiscovery.
• Experience delivering business solutions on Microsoft 365 and working with global or large M365 tenants.
• Experience with Entra, PowerShell, PnP, Azure, Microsoft Graph, Microsoft Migration Manager, or third-party migration tools.
• Experience with requirements management, development methodologies, testing, documentation, and implementation delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with GCC and GCCH environments.
• Experience in a technology consulting firm or software product company.
• Microsoft certifications such as Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert, Power Platform Developer Associate, or Azure Developer Associate.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Access.
