Manufacturing Process Technician (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Support manufacturing engineers with measurement, analysis, development, and implementation of production processes and tooling.
• Develop and maintain QMS documentation and standard operating procedures for factory operations and new products.
• Support production personnel training and improve operator efficiency and process consistency.
• Collect and analyze production metrics, including cycle time and yield, to support quality and process improvements.
• Participate in Kaizen events, time studies, data collection, and continuous improvement activities.
• Support new product introduction through tooling, golden samples, Design for Manufacturability, and Process FMEA activities.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in technology, engineering, science, or a related discipline, or a high school diploma with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, multitask, and consolidate information into clear plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate across employee levels.
• Collaborative, flexible, adaptable, and committed to integrity and a strong work ethic.

Nice to have

• Experience with data collection and data entry.
• Experience with continuous improvement or lean programs.
