What you will do

• Support the development of new compressor technologies and HVAC products.
• Participate in laboratory testing, prototype builds, product evaluations, and validation activities.
• Analyze engineering data and contribute to technical decision-making.
• Collaborate with engineering, laboratory, manufacturing, technician, and global development teams.
• Support risk mitigation, continuous improvement, and Lean product development initiatives.
• Present technical findings and project updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively, manage multiple assignments, and prioritize work.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Internship, co-op, or engineering experience in product development, manufacturing, testing, or design.
• Knowledge of thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid mechanics, machine design, or mechanical systems.
• Experience in a laboratory or testing environment.
• Interest in HVAC, refrigeration, energy efficiency, or sustainable technologies.
