Senior Operations Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site across St. George, Utah, and Las Vegas, Nevada

Salary: Approximately $100,000 base salary plus performance-based bonus; benefits package, 401(k), and paid time off.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate operations across two manufacturing locations.
• Oversee production planning, scheduling, capacity, workflow, logistics, and installations.
• Monitor operational KPIs, equipment utilization, waste, labor efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Identify operational issues and implement process improvements and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Coordinate priorities, resources, deadlines, and workflows with Production, Sales, Project Management, Purchasing, Maintenance, and Executive Management.
• Support employee development, accountability, team performance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or operations.
• Previous management or supervisory experience.
• Experience with production planning, scheduling, operational KPIs, and multi-location operations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment and manage priorities across both locations.
• Ability to work regularly at the St. George and Las Vegas operations and pass a pre-employment drug test.

Nice to have

• Experience in printing, graphics, signage, fabrication, or a related industry.
• Experience with process improvement, cost reduction, labor efficiency, and workflow optimization.
