Logistics Management Specialist (Defense)

What you will do

• Support acquisition logistics and sustainment functions for the PATRIOT and Integrated Battle Command System programs.
• Analyze TOE, MTOE, and TDA requirements; develop basis of issue plans and coordinate reviews with stakeholder agencies.
• Create materiel release, type classification, lifecycle sustainment, and business case documentation in accordance with Army regulations.
• Analyze supply factors, procurement requirements, demand planning, and logistics budgets.
• Use Army Vantage, cQuiP, FMSweb, DLA portals, AIR, and related logistics and operational data systems.
• Review engineering change proposals and CDRL deliverables for U.S. and foreign military sales customers, and respond to staff action taskings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and 10 years of relevant experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Title 10 USC, Department of War instructions, and Army regulations governing lifecycle logistics and acquisition for MDAP programs.
• Ability to obtain an active security clearance.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of force management, property accountability, inventory management, demand planning, budget tracking, or financial logistics support.

Nice to have

• Warfighter Acquisition University Level III training in Lifecycle Logistics or Program Management.
• Microsoft Office Certified Professional certification.
• Experience supporting U.S. Army or other service acquisition and sustainment programs.
• Proficiency with Army Vantage, Department of War Gen AI, FMSweb, and DLA applications.
