Operations Analyst

Location: On-site at the Toronto Branch in Milton, Ontario, Canada. Hours: Monday–Friday, 7 AM–5 PM.

Salary: $90,000–$120,000 per year.

What you will do

• Transform complex business data into insights, recommendations, and presentations for leadership.
• Analyze branch performance, productivity, and error trends to identify root causes and operational improvements.
• Own analytical projects from opportunity identification through solution recommendations and results measurement.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and Distribution Operations to address business needs and strategic initiatives.
• Use SQL and Power BI to build reporting tools and uncover performance trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; Business, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering is preferred.
• 3+ years of analyst experience, including auditing and data analytics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SQL, and Power BI.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of VBA and Power Automate.
