Location: Remote; full-time salaried employees must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.

Salary: $180,000–$230,000 base salary plus potential equity.

What you will do

• Join the central BizOps & Analytics team and embed within growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships.
• Define business questions, hypotheses, metrics, and the decisions that analyses should support.
• Build reports, run analyses, design experiments, and surface insights that improve key business metrics.
• Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, and operations stakeholders.
• Drive initiatives and analytical functions end-to-end from insight through execution.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data.
• Comfort with Excel, SQL, or Python; tools include ClickHouse, Metabase, JupyterHub, and GitHub.
• Experience owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact.
• Clear, persuasive communication skills and the ability to influence leadership-level decisions.
• Must currently reside in an eligible U.S. state or Ontario, Canada.
