Senior Associate, BizOps & Analytics (AI)

Location: Remote; full-time salaried employees must currently reside in specified U.S. states or Ontario, Canada.

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 base salary per year, plus potential equity.

What you will do

• Partner with marketing, product, and business development teams to apply customer performance insights to acquisition strategies.
• Lead the design, execution, and analysis of A/B experiments for new and existing features.
• Define and test levers that improve profitable and scalable user acquisition and partnership growth.
• Use advanced machine learning models and complex analyses to inform product and business strategy.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively or intellectually rigorous discipline.
• At least 2 years of management consulting experience at a top firm, preferably McKinsey, Bain, or Boston Consulting Group, or relevant business analysis or operations experience.
• High comfort level with SQL and complex data analysis.
• First-principles problem-solving approach and ability to communicate with audiences ranging from frontline employees to the C-suite.
• Must currently reside in an eligible U.S. state or Ontario, Canada.
