Manager, Retail Finance (Retail)

Location: Remote - US

Base salary: $90,000–$115,000 per year, plus performance bonus and stock option allocation for eligible roles.

What you will do

• Support the retail sales strategy, budget, and expansion across grocery, mass, club, and other US retail partners.
• Build dashboards combining internal and external data for KPI tracking, performance visibility, and financial analysis.
• Enable product launches, seasonal promotions, merchandising strategies, and post-event analysis for retail marketing programs.
• Manage invoicing, cash collection, retailer fines, fees, deductions, allowances, and purchase-order compliance.
• Partner with Sales, Accounting, Corporate Finance, NPD, and S&OP to improve assortment, innovation, forecasting, demand visibility, and financial performance.
• Provide senior leadership with performance updates and actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 4–7+ years of experience with a CPG or consumer products brand supporting Sales teams and major retailers such as Costco, Target, or Ulta.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical ability, and skill in translating data into actionable business plans.
• Detail orientation and a focus on operational excellence and accurate retail execution.
• Understanding of the evolving consumer landscape and interest in health, wellness, and nutrition.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, remote environment.
