Maintenance Planner & Scheduler (Data Center)

What you will do

• Plan and schedule preventive, predictive, reactive, and outage-related maintenance work orders.
• Coordinate maintenance activities across Operations, Engineering, Management, and customers.
• Manage materials planning, spare-parts inventory, sourcing, purchasing, and contracted support.
• Maintain the CMMS, including work-order preparation, resource availability, execution tracking, review, and closure.
• Plan and support capital projects, site outages, maintenance shutdowns, and work-plan execution.
• Conduct root-cause investigations and implement solutions to reduce recurring failures while supporting safety, quality, and environmental objectives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or maintenance-related certifications or an advanced degree are preferred.
• At least 5 years of industrial, data center, or related industry experience.
• At least 3 years of maintenance and supervisory experience, including 3 years as a maintenance planner or scheduler.
• Knowledge of change management, work-order control, CMMS, plant equipment, and maintenance repair practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project; Visio and AutoCAD are a plus.
• Must be able to work on site, lift 50 pounds, and be available for after-hours work when needed.
