Senior DevOps Engineer

Location: Arlington, Virginia; onsite at the Arlington facility 4 days per week

What you will do

• Develop and support CI/CD pipelines for applications targeting Linux, Windows, and Android.
• Automate the configuration and deployment of complex distributed software platforms.
• Deliver infrastructure as code to provision consistent and replicable environments.
• Create new environments and capabilities with cross-functional Agile teams.
• Modernize and reimagine a legacy system through a greenfield project.
• Provide ongoing platform infrastructure support and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent education, training, or experience.
• At least 5 years of experience with Linux, cloud DevOps, and scripting using Python and Shell.
• Hands-on experience with Git and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance up to TS/SCI.
• Ability to work onsite in Arlington, Virginia 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• Golang development or scripting experience.
• Terraform or AWS CloudFormation experience.
• Understanding of AWS networking, security groups, and cloud architecture.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, ECR, and EKS.
