Location: Remote, field-based in the United States; candidates must currently reside in California or Nevada and work across the California, Nevada, and Hawaii territory. Travel of 60–80% is required, with proximity to an airline hub and occasional weekend work.
Salary: $176,600–$294,300 annual base salary, plus a 20% bonus target and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do
- Lead medical strategy and engagement with healthcare professionals and other priority customer segments across the assigned thoracic oncology territory.
- Deliver approved, accurate, and scientifically supported medical education and respond to unsolicited medical information requests.
- Identify potential clinical trial sites, including sites serving under-represented patient populations, and support investigator-sponsored research.
- Lead advisory boards, provide asset leadership, and contribute to cross-functional Medical Affairs and therapeutic-area committees.
- Collect actionable insights on patient needs, treatment patterns, standards of care, and unmet evidence needs to inform medical strategy and evidence generation.
- Build relationships with patient advocacy groups, clinical associations, and professional societies while mentoring colleagues and new field medical staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a health science is required; a PharmD, PhD, or equivalent terminal doctoral degree is highly preferred.
- Relevant experience: 6 years with a PharmD/PhD, 8 years with an MBA/MSc, or 10 years with a BA/BSc.
- Subject-matter expertise in the relevant therapeutic area, with strong clinical, technical, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to understand study design, methodology, data analysis, and interpretation and communicate these concepts to healthcare customers.
- Must currently reside in California or Nevada, maintain flexibility to travel 60–80% of the time, operate a company car, and regularly fly for customer and internal meetings.
- Permanent U.S. work authorization is required. U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

- Familiarity with relevant internal and external SOPs, rules, and regulations governing and customer interactions.
