Senior Clinical Trial Manager (Oncology)

Location: Must be based in the United States (Hybrid 70/30 model)

Salary: $130,800–$209,400 per year

What you will do

• Manage and provide oversight for assigned clinical trials to ensure deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.
• Lead clinical trial teams and act as the primary Clinical Operations representative.
• Document sponsor oversight of outsourced clinical activities and manage vendor/CRO relationships.
• Monitor study timelines, budgets, and clinical data quality metrics.
• Review clinical documents including protocols, investigator brochures, and clinical study reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage trial feasibility and site assessments.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, permanent resident, asylee, or refugee) due to export control laws.
• 5-7 years of experience in clinical research, with at least 2+ years of independent trial management.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Robust experience in oncology or rare disease required; immuno-oncology or CAR-T experience is a plus.
• Solid understanding of FDA and ICH GCP guidelines.
• Ability to work in a 70/30 hybrid model in the U.S.
