Analyst, Credit Business Operations (Crypto)

Location: New York City, NY

Salary: $94,000–$127,000 annual base pay in the New York City area, plus performance-linked bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end institutional client onboarding for credit and treasury management facilities.
• Manage and prioritize compliance queues, resolving bottlenecks for borrower prospects and executive-sponsored accounts.
• Translate commercial credit strategies, yield initiatives, and structured financing solutions into operational plans.
• Program- and project-manage transformation initiatives across credit underwriting, collateral management, and risk infrastructure.
• Own business reviews, credit pipeline trackers, project plans, and recurring operational processes for lending accounts.
• Build operating frameworks and partner analytics for new credit products, collateral types, and DeFi yield opportunities while coordinating across Credit, Sales, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Product.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, asset management, startup operations, or a similar field.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience analyzing data and translating insights into action.
• Strong communication, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• High discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive work.
• Financial services or crypto experience is a plus; an MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred but not required.
