Engineering Manager (Connectivity)

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY

Base salary: $216,000–$270,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead the Connectivity team’s strategy, architecture, and development of integrations with external systems.
• Own large product areas and collaborate with internal and external customers.
• Build and ship features end-to-end across frontend, backend, system design, debugging, and testing.
• Deliver high-quality experiments at a fast pace and guide products from concept through production.
• Shape the culture, values, and processes of a growing engineering team.
• Inspire, mentor, and collaborate with engineers and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of relevant engineering experience preferred.
• Track record of shipping high-quality products and features at hirify.global.
• Ability to turn business and product ideas into engineering solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in San Francisco or New York City.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
