Senior Integration Engineer (MuleSoft)

Location: Dublin, Ireland; collaboration across US and Japan time zones.

Base pay: €87,800–€131,800 EUR per year.

What you will do

• Design and maintain high- and low-level integration architectures aligned with functional and non-functional requirements.
• Develop, test, deploy, and support integrations using MuleSoft and SnapLogic across SaaS, AWS-hosted, cloud-native, and on-premise systems.
• Implement API-based, event-driven, publish-subscribe, asynchronous, and batch integration patterns.
• Define API specifications and integration contracts, including security, scalability, reuse, monitoring, logging, and error handling.
• Build CI/CD pipelines, automated tests, and release processes while supporting production deployments, incidents, root-cause analysis, and on-call rotations.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, engineering managers, and globally distributed engineering teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise integrations on one or more integration platforms.
• 5+ years of hands-on integration design and development experience with MuleSoft and/or SnapLogic.
• MuleSoft and/or SnapLogic certification.
• Experience with AWS SQS and SNS.
• Experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Maven, and ReadyAPI or Postman.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, collaboration, and independent working skills.

• Exposure to MCP Servers and agentic-based integration approaches.
